📦 How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

🚚 How long before my order is shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

📬 Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🧼 How do I use the WunderBrush?
Simply wet the brush, add your favorite body wash, and gently massage in circular motions. It’s designed to deeply cleanse and leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.

🔁 What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange or refund policy if the product is unused and in its original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
